We use FedEx for most of our shipments. Unfortunately USPS won’t guarantee a delivery date so we rarely use them.

Yes, shipping costs are included in the price.

We currently use PayPal for credit card processing but will be accepting Amazon Payments along with check/money order in the near future.  You don’t need a PayPal account to use a credit card.

Contact us with any issues.  FedEx isn’t perfect, occasionally shipments are delayed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

For the most part, everything is shipped fresh and not frozen….as freezing items tends to change the overall consistency/quality of the product.  Contact us with any questions.
