Recipe: Portuguese Linguica & Vegetable Skillet
Ingredients:
1 lb Silva Linguica Portuguese Sausage, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sausage slices and cook until browned.
Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until tender.
Season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
