Recipe: Arroz con Chorizo (Mexican Rice with Chorizo)
Ingredients:
1 pack El Mexicano Bolita Chorizo
2 cups long-grain rice
4 cups chicken broth
1 small onion, chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook El Mexicano Bolita Chorizo until browned, then crumble into small pieces. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and tomato until softened.
Add rice and toast lightly in the pan with vegetables.
