Recipe: Classic Cajun Boudin Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Manda Boudin
  • 4 large bell peppers (tops cut off and seeds removed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
