Recipe: Southern Sausage & Egg Skillet

Ingredients:

• 1 lb Purnell’s Country Sausage, crumbled or sliced

• 6 large eggs

• 1 cup diced potatoes

• ½ cup onions, chopped

• ½ cup bell peppers, chopped

• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned.
