Recipe: Spicy Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients:

• 1 lb Evergood Hot Links Sausage, sliced

• 2 cups long-grain rice

• 1 bell pepper, chopped

• 1 onion, chopped

• 2 celery stalks, chopped

• 3 cups chicken broth

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.

2. Add sliced hot links and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

3. Sauté onions, bell peppers, and celery until tender.

4. Stir in rice and Cajun seasoning.

5. Return sausage to the pot and add chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.

6. Cover and cook until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Serve hot.
