Recipe: Spicy Cajun Sausage & Rice Skillet
Ingredients:
1 lb Manda Smoked Sausage, sliced
1 cup long-grain rice
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers to the skillet, sautéing until tender.
Stir in rice, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning.
Return sausage to skillet, cover, and simmer until rice is tender.
