Recipe: Pineapple Smoked Sausage & Rice Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 package The Butcher Shoppe Pineapple Smoked Sausage (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Sausage – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced pineapple smoked sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables – In the same skillet, add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
