- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 celery stalks (chopped)

- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ pound cooked shrimp (optional)

Instructions:
