Recipe Idea: Cajun Jambalaya with Zummo’s Andouille Sausage
Ingredients:
1 lb Zummo’s Andouille Sausage, sliced
1 cup long-grain rice
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
2 cups chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onion, bell pepper, and celery until tender.
Add sliced Andouille Sausage and cook until browned.
Stir in rice, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning.
Cover and simmer 20–25 minutes, until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed. Serve hot.
