• 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
• 1/2 cup white wine (optional)

• Salt and pepper to taste
  Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, sauté the Linguica until slightly crispy. Set aside.

3. In the skillet, add the Arborio rice and cook for a couple of minutes until slightly toasted.
4. Gradually add the white wine and stir until absorbed by the rice.

6. Repeat this process until the rice is creamy and al dente.
7. Stir in the cooked Linguica, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
8. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
