Ingredients:
1 lb dried pinto beans
6 oz J Bar B Salt Pork, cut into chunks
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
6 cups water
Instructions:
Rinse beans and soak overnight. Drain and rinse again.
In a large pot, add beans, Salt Pork, onion, and seasonings.
Pour in water and bring to a boil.
