Cooking the Hardcore Carnivore Beef Smoked Sausage

Stove Top:

  1. Place a sausage link in a pan containing around 2 inches of boiling water.
  2. Set the cook setting to medium heat.
  3. Allow the sausage to cook for approximately 8 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 160°F.
    Microwave:
  4. Put the Hardcore Carnivore Beef Sausage link in a microwave-safe dish, making sure there is a quarter inch of water.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap.
  6. Microwave the sausage on high for 2 – 3 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  7. Let the sausage sit for 1 minute before serving. Keep in mind that cooking times may vary due to oven differences.
    Grill:
  8. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  9. Place the sausage link on the grill.
  10. Frequently turn the sausage while grilling for approximately 8 – 10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
