Recipe Idea: Garlic Sausage & Veggie Skillet
Ingredients:
1 lb Meyer’s Elgin Garlic Sausage, sliced
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup diced onions
2 cups sliced potatoes
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook sausage slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onions, bell peppers, and potatoes until tender.
Return sausage to skillet and stir to combine. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
